Terms of Service
Short version: you own your store and your data, we help you run it, and neither of us uses HowDidi to break the law.
Using HowDidi
You may use HowDidi to operate any lawful ecommerce store you own or have written permission to manage. You remain accountable for every action you approve. HowDidi drafts; you decide.
Your content
You retain full ownership of your store data, customer data and any drafts produced on your behalf. We hold a narrow license only to operate the service for you.
Free beta
HowDidi is free during beta. There is no payment setup or required credit card for the current release.
Service availability
We target 99.9% monthly uptime. Scheduled maintenance is announced in-app at least 24 hours ahead. Status page at status.howdidi.com.
Acceptable use
No spam, no scraping shoppers, no communications that violate consent or local law (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, TCPA, CASL). Repeat violations result in suspension.
Liability
The service is provided as-is. HowDidi is not a financial or legal advisor — review every action before approving.
Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. On termination you have 30 days to export your data via CSV or API, after which we permanently delete it.
Changes
We will email you at least 30 days before any material change to these terms. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
