HowDidi is an operations layer, not a data broker. Below is exactly what we read, write and remember — in plain English.
What we read
We pull only what's needed to diagnose your store: orders, products, inventory levels, ad spend, support tickets, reviews, and abandoned carts. We do not read shopper passwords, payment card numbers, or content from outside your connected platforms.
What we write
HowDidi only writes when you approve a draft. Every email, SMS, ad pause, supplier note, or product copy update sits in your Approval Queue until you tap Approve.
What we remember
The agent stores your decisions (approved, edited, rejected) so it gets sharper. You can clear memory or export it as JSON from Settings at any time.
Where data lives
Your data is processed in EU and US data centers. We use SOC2-compliant subprocessors. We never sell or share your store or customer data with third parties for advertising.
AI providers
HowDidi uses Google's Gemini family for reasoning and drafting. Prompts and outputs are not used to train external models.
